Buying with BrandSamsara

Are all items authentic?

Yes. Every piece is authenticated in-house, drawing on our expertise since 2007 together with Entrupy – the AI-powered authentication technology used across the luxury resale industry. Eligible bags and leather goods can be issued an Entrupy Certificate that you can verify online. We never list anything we cannot fully verify – if an item doesn't pass, it is not sold.

Are items new or pre-owned?

We curate high-quality secondhand fashion. Some pieces are new or unworn, others gently used – the exact condition is stated on every listing. See our Items Condition guide for what each grade means.

Is there only one of each item?

Yes. Almost everything we sell is one-of-a-kind, so once a piece is gone, it's gone. If you love something, we recommend not waiting – or adding it to your Wishlist.

Can I see an item in person before buying?

Most of our items are not kept on the shop floor, so in most cases you order online first. If, when your piece arrives, it isn't as described or shown in the photos, you're free to decline it – you're never obligated to complete a purchase you're not happy with. You're also welcome to visit our store in Holargos, Athens; it's best to contact us first about a specific piece.

Can you hold or reserve an item for me?

Yes. To secure a piece, you can place a downpayment by bank transfer and pay the balance in store when you collect it. Get in touch and we'll arrange it.


Authenticity & Condition

How do you authenticate items?

We combine the hands-on expertise our team has built since 2007 with Entrupy, an AI-powered authentication service used across the luxury industry. We examine materials, stitching, hardware, engravings and serial numbers, alongside any proof of purchase or authenticity cards. Only pieces we can fully verify are listed.

What do your condition grades mean?

Every listing carries a condition grade, a condition description, and detailed photos of the actual item, so you know exactly what to expect. Full definitions are on our Items Condition page.

Do items come with an authenticity certificate?

For eligible bags and leather goods, we authenticate with Entrupy and can provide an Entrupy Certificate – an independent verification you can look up any time with its certificate number at Entrupy's certificate search. Entrupy's authentication is backed by its own financial guarantee, and beyond that, we stand behind every piece we sell: if an item is ever found not to be authentic, we refund you in full.

What if I have a doubt about authenticity after I receive an item?

Contact us right away with photos and we'll re-inspect it. In the unlikely event a piece cannot be verified, you're entitled to return it for a full refund under our Returns policy.


Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, as well as bank deposit, PayPal and Klarna (pay in 3 interest-free installments). See our Payment Methods page for full details.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. Your card details are never stored on our side.

Can I pay a downpayment and collect in store?

Yes. You can reserve an item with a downpayment by bank transfer and settle the balance in store when you pick it up. Contact us to set it up.


Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship? Do you ship internationally?

We ship within Greece and internationally. Full details are on our Shipping & Delivery page.

How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Delivery times vary by location – see Shipping & Delivery for estimates.

Will I pay customs or duties?

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we'll email you tracking details so you can follow it to your door.


Returns & Cancellations

Can I return an item?

Yes. As you're buying online from a business based in Greece, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, with any tags and packaging intact. See our full Returns policy.

How and when will I be refunded?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll refund your original payment method. See our Returns policy for timeframes.

Can I cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel it for a full refund.
